My order arrived with excellent packaging. However, it could not withstand a major gouge into its side that occurred sometime during shipping that managed to harm the glass of one of the lights. I reported the issue with pictures & with very little delay was sent a replacement glass. This is for a house we’re building so it’s not installed yet for me to be able to give a quality review except to say it looks good/ as advertised.
