Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (GMT-8, Pacific Standard Time – Los Angeles) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in China.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send the photos along with your order number to support@minihouzz.com.

Without photographic evidence of damage, we are unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

MiniHouzz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
